OUR STORY SINCE 1970Manama Group began its journey in 1970 as a trading company under Mohammad Aynul Haque, importing essential commodities to meet local demand with uncompromised quality. That same discipline carried the group into cement manufacturing in 1996, and into Dhanmondi’s skyline in 1998 with Rapa Plaza.
In 2004, the family formalised Manama Developments Ltd. (MDL) as a dedicated real estate company. Today MDL builds luxurious, state-of-the-art apartments and commercial addresses across Dhaka’s most sought-after neighbourhoods — financed from the group’s own resources rather than pre-sales, so every address is completed on promise.
